Living has never been more challenging. The stressors of these times are great and the costs often unbearable. Even though you hang on to the hope that things will settle down and go back to normal, there’s a part of you that knows there is no going back, but rather a new normal is coming. In the meantime you still have to navigate the craziness that is present in our world right now. Are you tired of the confusion? Do you wonder if you can ever figure it out enough to have a little peace in your life? Is the worry of it all bringing you down and making everything else difficult to manage?
When people experience change they are rattled with uncertainty, even if the change is good. It’s normal to feel anxious and worried when the ground beneath you starts to rumble. We want our world and our lives to feel settled. Right now there doesn’t seem to be too many places in our world that feel secure and this just drives our anxiety even more. We need to find a way to make the transition between the old and new. The good news is that with the help of a compassionate, experienced therapist you can find secure ground in your life again.
Having a lifetime of experience in managing transitions of all kinds, I have learned how to help others navigate change. By focusing on health - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual - I help you to be resilient and remain as self-empowered as possible. From this place of health you can be in the world effectively, creating a life of peace and satisfaction, no matter what may be going on in the greater world.
When we do our work, we raise our consciousness. We feel more connected, more trusting and better able to understand ourselves and others. From this empowered place we flow more easily in a world that challenges us in our everyday lives.

My Offering to You
This is an invitation to you to show up, and fully engage, either individually or in community. Together we can navigate the situations and changes that challenge us, and discover how to smoothly manage our transitions, and possibly help others do the same.
By partnering with me you get all of my coaching, counseling and teaching experience and I help you to grow in health in mind, body and spirit in order to better understand and anchor the challenges of this changing world. Our groups will be safe places where people who are experiencing much of what you are, who have a strong knowing that you are living in a remarkable age of evolution in consciousness, and can come together in support of our collective desire to “be the change we wish to see.” And together we will build community.

It isn’t the changes that do you in, it’s the transitions. Change is not the same as transition. Change is situational: the new site, the new boss, the new team roles, the new policy. Transition is the psychological process people go through to come to terms with the new situation. Change is external, transition is internal.

My Approach
My desire is to build community. I want to create a space where like-minded seekers of understanding can find a place to ask the questions and find direction. And, as a bonus, together we will grow and help others grow.
My vision is that we will strengthen our knowing of who we are and the gifts we bring into our lives will become more evident. Collaboratively, our resources can help each other in this process. Just as the world is evolving, this community will evolve as well, and with love, light, curiosity and our powerful intentions, we can encourage each other out into the world, successfully, where we belong.
Your entrance into the community can be through any one of the following:
One-on-one Coaching
is customized to your needs, including how it’s priced. A discovery session allows both of us to see the direction we will take and will help you to see the vision of what is possible in your quest to raise your awareness and increase your clarity as you develop a more purposeful life. Coaching works best when it is consistent, which is why it is recommended that you commit to invest in yourself for a three month period.
Group Coaching
Small groups of between 4 and 8 people who meet bi-weekly with a structured format, will work together to bring out the best in each other. Groups allow your growth experience to deepen, as it is reflected back to you through the other participants, and with a structure that moves each member forward with greater support.
How it Works
Contact me for an initial complimentary session. In this 30 minute session we can discover if this is a good match for you. If it is, we start the process with One-on-one Coaching Sessions to clarify the direction you wish to move in.

Pricing
One-on-one Coaching
Meeting twice a month affords time in between for self-discovery. Meeting each week offers even more support. Pricing per month typically ranges from $300 to $400.
Group Coaching
Consists of two sessions per month and the offering is $44 per month.
